Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the Housing Authority of the City of Rock Hill will be held at the 467 South Wilson Street office in Rock Hill, South Carolina on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of the following:

1. Call to Order --- Chairman
2. Public Comment
3. Consideration of a Bond Resolution for Windsor Apartments authorizing the acquisition of a multi-family residential rental housing facility located in the City of Rock Hill, SC and the issuance of not to exceed $50,000,000 of residential revenue bonds and other actions in connection therewith
4. Adjourn to Executive Session
5. Reconvene to Regular Session
6. Adjourn
