Webinar 6: Landlord-Focused Customer Service

The U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development invited you to participate in a series of webinars on the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program.

This webinar, sixth in a series, will walk through the newly published chapter of the HCV Landlord Strategies Guidebook. This Chapter is focused on ways the PHAs can improve their HCV program and landlord satisfaction by intentionally focusing on landlord customer service.

The publisher chapters, previous webinars, and addition materials are available on the HCV Landlord Resources webpage.

Who should participate:
Current HCV landlords, landlords interested in the HCV program, PHAs, rental housing industry groups, and others interested in the landlord's role in the HCV program and what HUD is doing in this arena.

However, you must register in advance.

If you would like to submit a question prior to the start of the webinar, you and email it to hcv@firtspic.org. You will also be able to submit questions throughout the webinar. Relevant questions will be addressed at the end of the speaker presentation and via follow-up email.
