HCV Wait List for Foster Youth Independence Program Open

The Rock Hill Housing Authority announces the opening of the Housing Choice Voucher Wait List for the Foster Youth Independence Program beginning Monday, March 1, 2021 until further notice.

Applications will ONLY be accepted from youth who have been determined to be eligible and referred from the York County Department of Social Services.

The Housing Authority administers 589 Housing Choice Vouchers including Veterans Assistance Supportive Housing (VASH) and Mainstream vouchers in the city of Rock Hill. For information on our Housing Programs, please visit www.rhha.org.
