Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA)

Volunteers will provide free tax preparation and E-filing of Federal and State(s) returns for 2020 income taxes on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.

• You may pick up and drop off packets at the new location
• No returns started after 3:00pm drop off
• Include the following items:
  
  • Copy of photo ID and social security card
  • Copy of social security card for spouse and/or all dependents
  • 2019 tax return (if available)
  • Complete 13614-C Intake Interview & Quality Review Sheet
  • Complete Form 14446 Virtual/TCE Taxpayer Consent - Page 2
  • Copy of W-2s, 1099-G Unemployment, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-R, Social Security SSA-1099, Refunds, etc.
  • Copy of deductions/credits/adjustments: Child Care, Tuition, Student Loan Interest, HAS, Self-employment Expenses, etc.
  • Proof of account for direct deposit of refunds (e.g. voided check)
