Capital Fund Program

The Capital Fund Program provides the principal financial assistance, in the form a grant, to carry out capital and management activities that help ensure the viability of the public housing communities owned and managed by the Housing Authority of Rock Hill. The goal of the program is to provide essential non-routine maintenance, revitalization, or redevelopment of the Authority’s local public housing communities. Additional information regarding planned rehabilitation and redevelopment initiatives for the Authority’s public housing communities is contained in the Housing Authority of Rock Hill’s PHA Annual Statement.
